Set up a daily routine: plan activities that are fun.
Learn a new skill online

Read that book - you can also download books through your library.
Eat well - keep your nutrition up, check with your dietitian for any advice on nutrition.
Stay active- create an exercise routine you can do at home including exercises you can do in a chair (check with your physio for exercises right for you).
Practice regular breathing exercises to maintain calm.
Try this breathing exercise:

While seated or lying down, pay attention to your normal breathing for a few breaths.
Then, slowly count 1-2-3-4 as you inhale through your nose.
Exhale for the same four-second count.
As you inhale and exhale, be mindful of the feelings of fullness and emptiness in your lungs.
